Offering services in consulting, teaching, and research to educational organizations, my boutique firm leverages expertise in risk management of educational systems—a unique field developed during my PhD thesis—alongside extensive teaching experience across educational systems from K-12 to higher education, in Israel and the US. I have chosen to call the firm AEZ, which are the acronyms of my name, but also stands for Authenticity and Equity. Those are my primary goals: to be true to myself and my clients, and to bring equitable values, which are vital in all aspects of education.

My teaching approach is designed for diverse learning environments and focuses on empowering educators and students alike in the ever-changing landscape of learning.

Nothing makes me happier than feedback I recieve from my students: 'I understand her lesson - her clarity and organization'; 'interesting, dynamic, diverse and innovative'; 'she is a good person, attentive to my needs, and will always respond and give me a full answer by email or in a conversation'.  This feedback is both the fuel which drives me, and my truest business card.

Research

My research in the last decade on STEM education was largely motivated by my increasing awareness to issues of inclusivity and equity in society. Aimed at engaging students from all backgrounds in STEM fields, those studies were always both theoretical and practical, rooted in my 30 plus years teaching experience, in both Israel and the United States. Furthermore, my expertise in risk management of education systems also led me to conduct studies in education management during ongoing emergencies such as the Covid-19 period and the Israel-Hamas war (which erupted on October 7, 2023).

My research approach is unique and includes SWOT analysis, Delphi survey and risk management methodologies. By employing these tools, I am able to provide practical contribution to the education field with ease and efficiency.
